Position Summary:

The Finance Controller will be responsible for leading the financial management of our manufacturing group of companies based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a highly skilled finance professional with expertise in group consolidation, intercompany transactions, audit management, and financial compliance. The Controller will report directly to the management and play a key role in driving financial integrity and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial activities across the group companies, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements. Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Coordinate and lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and sales to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and tax laws.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required. Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in finance controlling within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience managing a group of companies. Strong expertise in intercompany accounting, group consolidation, and audit management. Proven ability to liaise effectively with auditors and regulatory bodies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or Epicor) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
