WHAT'S THE ROLE?


The Finance Business Partner will act as a finance director to the Sub Region META Partners team, driving transparency, compliance, and performance. This role is responsible for financial and performance management, compliance, strategy development for Hilti's Distributor business in Africa, Central Asia and Near East and is part of the META Partner Management Team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the finance function to achieve set targets, productive growth, ensure compliance and develop people. The role involves leading financial decision-making, developing and guiding the finance team. The job holder needs to have a strong market and business understanding and ability to balance business opportunities and risks. The job holder acts as a co-pilot for the General Manager bringing in commercial and business expertise.

Strong English communication skills


Strong Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.


Proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems.


Strong track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals


Experience in working in international and matrix environments


To be geographically flexible, and have the ambition to pursue an international career


Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members (local and international), and management at all levels within the organization


We are looking for someone with:




Master's Degree in Finance, or Bachelor degree with advanced education (CMA, CPA etc.)


Proven experience in financial management, and controlling role for minimum 7 years


Expertise in Commercial Finance, Distributor Management brings added value
