Finance Associate – Vat Expert & Bookkeeper

You are a detail-driven finance professional with strong experience in VAT compliance, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. You bring accuracy, structure, and a deep understanding of UAE VAT regulations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality with ease, and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
ou will manage daily bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare VAT calculations, coordinate VAT submissions, and ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, receipts, ledgers, and payments.
- Prepare and file VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Conduct regular reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer).
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely VAT submissions and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and respond to internal financial queries.
- Maintain organized documentation for VAT audits and inspections.
- Support day-to-day finance and administrative tasks.
