Job Description
Our client is a Financial Service provider with professional expertise in delivering multi-jurisdictional investment and asset protection solutions. They are looking for a Finance Associate for their team in Dubai on a short term contract of 3 months starting immediately.

- 2-3 years experience in UAE in a similar role
- Should have a Family Sponsorship and can join immediately
- Monitor Statement of Accounts, payments, invoices related to each client financials
- Proactively collecting debts from company debtors, ensuring to collect over and above the credit days debtors on timely manner.
- Keeping and filing of invoices copies to maintain proper records for clients
- Support team in conversations with clients regarding payment plans and terms
- Maintain clients master sheet and continuously updating contact details, payment status and client feedback
- Coordinating with the team for any cheque or payment collection and allocation
- Record daily collection updates and issue reports to support HOCS in debt management
- Assist HOCS with weekly forecast and reporting
