Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts.
Help with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
