We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department and contribute to the overall efficient and accurate operations of the company's finance function.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with numbers, and is proactive in managing financial processes. If you are experienced in finance and accountancy and ready to support the smooth running of our finance operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Objectives
Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department.
Maintain petty cash, credit cards, and banking transactions of the company.
Manage company payables in line with policies.
Manage company receivables in line with policies.
Handle corporate, Zakat, and taxation laws of the GCC.
Assist in reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger entries.
Manage procurement, including purchase orders, cost management, vendor assurance, and compliance with procurement policies.
Collaborate in inventory management as required by the company.
Assist in financial audits of sites and related parties.
Carry out any other finance-related requirements assigned by the company.
