Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices and receipts.
Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Assist in managing company budgets and monitoring expenses.
Help with VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing queries.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
