About the Role:
A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Assistant to support financial operations across its UAE offices. The role primarily covers finance, tax, compliance, and external audit for Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with occasional support on KSA finance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes across the UAE offices
Support VAT, corporate tax, and KSA tax related matters
Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Provide support on board-level finance tasks where required
Liaise with internal teams across multiple offices, ensuring adherence to multinational standards and processes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm, professional services, or multinational corporate environment
Exposure to board finance and understanding of VAT, corporate tax, and KSA tax
Fluent in Arabic and English
CPA or equivalent qualification not mandatory
Comfortable working at a supporting/assistant level, with potential for development
Experience in a multinational working environment is highly preferred
