Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to lead and oversee all financial activities of our Dubai-based real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, managing accounting systems, agent commissions, tax reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. This role is critical to the financial health and operational success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute robust financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports. Oversee

cash flow management

to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability. Track and report on financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management. Support project managers and department heads with financial planning and decision-making. Manage accounting systems, including

Zoho Books

,

Prospace CRM

, and other finance tools. Prepare accurate financial statements and handle all accounting transactions in compliance with UAE standards. Calculate and process

agent commissions

for both

off-plan and secondary property transactions

. Ensure timely filing of

VAT returns and FTA submissions

, and manage all tax-related matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and implementation of

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and financial consultants for audits and statutory requirements.

Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
