JOB TITLE:

ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE MANAGER

Manage day?to?day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month?end/year?end closing.? Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.? Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions to management.? Ensure compliance with Qatar tax, regulatory requirements, and application of IFRS or relevant accounting standards.? Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and improve efficiency.? Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, including handling audit schedules and banking facilities.? Supervise and develop the finance and accounts team, including task allocation, performance review, and training.? Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications ?

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; many employers prefer professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance.? Several years of progressive accounting/finance experience, often 5-10 years, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.? Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Odoo).? Good understanding of local business environment in Qatar, including regulations, banking practices, and tax rules.?

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
