About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager in Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• To ensure the accurate and timely submission for end of month reporting.
• To administer the development of accounting policies, procedures and directives and ensure compliance of such policies, procedures and directives throughout all areas of the business.
• all areas of the business.
• Responsible for the preparation of the corporate business reviews and budget reviews.
• To meet with HODs monthly to review departmental P&Ls.
• To manage the annual budget process.
• Liaising with Internal, external & Government Auditors to ensure smooth audit process, ensuring all the internal controls & process are in place.
• Assisting Cluster Finance Manager in preparing year-end Financial Statements by providing all the necessary data/information.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in Hotel Finance or related industry.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Knowledge in using Sunsystem and Hyperion.
• Master\'s degree and CIMA/CA qualifications would be an advantage.
