Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tasks
• Work with senior finance team members on real-time business challenges and projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Learn enterprise tools and financial systems used across global operations
• Receive mentorship and training tailored for future leadership roles

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong numerical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional setting
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
• Previous internships or coursework in finance is a plus but not required
