This Position reports to:


ELSP/SB Business Controller, UAE&Cluster

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.



The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid



This role is contributing to the ELSP/ELSB Marketing & Sales organization in UAE.



You will be mainly accountable for:Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and accordingly proposes improvement actions. Works with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance of the organization and identify trends. Prepares financial modeling for various hypotheses and the overall impact to the business unit. Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the relevant organization. Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports through reconciliations and review of exceptions. Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements. Ensures processes and controls within area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with internal policies and regulations. Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews.

Qualifications for the role

You have a relevant Bachelor degree and any other supporting accounting qualification 3+ Yrs of working experience in SAP (FICO/ PS/ SD). Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis Skilled in analytical, problem-solving, and communication tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage tasks professionally and as part of a team
