For our office in Dubai, we are looking for
Finance Analyst - UAE - 100% (m/f)
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, with experience in professional services and project-based financial reporting. An audit background is preferable, and familiarity with billing and milestone based services, subconsultant management, and financial dashboards is essential. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing client invoicing, and conducting working capital (WC) analysis
• Managing subconsultant contracts, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating vendor payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting project-level financial reporting, including WC analysis
• Assisting in dashboard maintenance and contributing to the development of financial tools for reporting and tracking
• Providing cashflow analysis support and assisting in forecasting activities
• Supporting both internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and responding to auditor queries
• Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Audit background is preferred
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial dashboards
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Prior experience in the Middle East is preferred
