Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Analyst
to manage financial operations and reporting for ourgroup of companies based in the UAE and the UK
. The ideal candidate will have experience inmulti-entity consolidation, investment portfolio analysis
, andUK compliance (HMRC, VAT, etc.)
, along with strong leadership and analytical abilities.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial reports across UAE and UK entities. Ensure compliance with
HMRC
andUAE VAT regulations
, supporting audits and tax submissions. Oversee and guide a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple companies. Analyze and monitorinvestment portfolios
and provide performance insights. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Work with multiple ERP systems --QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV
, and assist inmigration to Odoo
. Perform advanced Excel-based financial modeling and variance analysis. Provide actionable financial insights to support management's strategic decisions.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
(or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3+ years of experience
as a Finance Analyst or Finance Manager. Proven experience ingroup of companies
setup with exposure toUK accounting and HMRC processes
. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and financial models). Experience withQuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV
, and preferablyOdoo
. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
