Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and ensure sound financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating data and providing variance analysis Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions Monitor key financial metrics, track performance against targets, and highlight risks or opportunities Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies across departments, products, or projects Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations Assist in preparing management presentations and board reports Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls and policies

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters or CFA a plus) 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting standards Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to non-finance stakeholders * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
