We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Finance Analyst
to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with at least 3 years of experience, preferably within a B2C environment such as thehealth & wellness
orretail industry
.Key Responsibilities:
Preparing excel based daily reports on the various gyms performance Support month-end/year-end closing processes - invoice issuance, intercompany reconciliations Staff commission calculations using CRM outputs & Excel Maintain and improve financial models using excel Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and ensure accurate financial data Indentify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
, Finance, or a related field Minimum3 years of experience
in a financial analysis or similar finance role Experience in aB2C environment
is required;health and wellness or retail industry
experience is a strong plusTechnical Skills & Tools:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH Familiarity with financial systems such as:Xero
,Zoho Books
,QuickBooks
,AllUp
Experience working with CRM and business management platforms such as:Glowfox
,Zoho CRM
