Finance Administrator Short Term

Job Description
Wood is looking for a Finance Administrator to support our team in Dubai for 3months contract.
- Coordinate with the existing team to ensure all timesheet reports required are issued on time
- Ensure overtime forms are reconciled to the system and summary is reviewed before submission to client
- Ensure time registers are issued to the client before required deadlines
- Ensure approvals for timesheets are received from the client on time
- Following up with the client and coordinating responses if pending from internal team
- Act as focal point for receiving approved PO's / VO's
- Requesting PO and WBS information in the client system
- Updating the register when information received from RTP
- Chase any pending confirmations
- Financial responsibilities to include invoice preparation, cash allocation, closing financial support during month end etc
- Must be an expert user of Microsoft Excel
