Prepare and manage customer invoices, collections, and petty cash.
Support month-end and year-end reporting and cash flow forecasting.
Maintain accurate records, including contracts, payments, and fixed assets.
Provide administrative support, such as data entry, document filing, and meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
