Partnering with domain experts & high-agency founders from concept to Series A, it both builds new ventures and re-engineers existing ones for AI-driven growth.


Powered by UTOPIA OS -- a modular, adaptive stack tailored to each venture -- it compresses the path from concept to Series A to under 24 months.

About the Role

The Finance & Admin Lead supports the Studio and the wider UTOPIA platform by owning core finance operations, administrative processes, and day-to-day operational coordination. Working closely with the CFO and Heads of Operations & Compliance, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth payments and expense management, effective office and facilities operations, and reliable HR and fellowship administration across a growing, multi-entity organization. This is a hands-on role with clear progression into a Finance & Operations Manager position as the platform scales.

Experience & Skills

------------------------

3-5 years' experience in finance operations, accounting, or business/office administration, ideally in startups, investment, or multi-entity environments. Hands-on experience with financial reporting support, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close. Experience coordinating with external service providers (accountants, auditors, payroll, administrators). Strong exposure to payments processing, expense management, and internal controls. Ability to support management reporting, including actuals vs. budget tracking. Experience administering corporate cards, expense systems, and basic finance tools, including reconciliations. Proven ability to manage office operations, facilities, and vendor coordination, alongside day-to-day admin. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting HR administration, with exposure to relocation, immigration, or stipend payments a plus. dashboards, lead scoring, behavioural segmentation, and rapid campaign iteration.

Compensation Range: $35K - $50K
