Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Administration Assistant
to join our Finance and Information Systems Division. This role will provide vital support in managing financial records, assisting with day-to-day finance tasks, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Perform data entry, invoice tracking, and document management.
Support monthly closings, petty cash reconciliation, and expense monitoring.
Coordinate with other departments for timely financial documentation and transactions.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for payment-related queries.
Maintain organized financial files and assist with audit preparations.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in retail or service-based industries is a plus.
Basic understanding of UAE VAT and financial documentation practices.
