Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and provide insights for strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations
Coordinate internal and external audits
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff
Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Evaluate financial performance and recommend corrective actions if necessary
Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position
