Job Description
Must have relevant experience in using Accounting Software Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance 365 Finance
- Record day to day financial transactions
- Prepare invoices and follow up for payments
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Produce weekly reports for cash flow forecasting
- Provide weekly, Monthly and yearly management accounts
- Must have an excellent understanding of all element of accounting
- Must be self motivated and be able to work by yourself
- Maintain and keep records of all employee salaries
