We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Financial Analyst

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to help guide strategic business decisions. This role involves forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to ensure financial health and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with budget and forecasts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support decision-making by providing clear insights and recommendations based on data Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather financial data and support operational planning Evaluate financial performance metrics (e.g., ROI, profitability, cost structures) Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed Monitor key economic, industry, and market trends impacting the business

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus) [1-3 / 3-5 / 5+ years] of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications Experience in [specific industry, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing] Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards
