Our client is an international architecture and interior fit out consultancy and contractor.
We are recruiting a Filipino administrator / document controller to join their Dubai team.
The role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration operations and managing all aspects of document control for interior fit out projects.
Candidates must have experience of working with Dubai Municipality documents.
Role Summary
Prepare letters and documents such as management presentations and reports.
Create, manage and update document control system to ensure that project documents are properly recorded and maintained and track revisions.
Calendar management to arrange meetings and make extensive travel arrangements.
Manage trade license and contract renewals for property, vehicles and employee visas.
Manage HR administration.
Handle petty cash.
Client and supplier relationship management.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an executive level secretary or administrator to senior management, preferably within the construction / interior fit out industry.
Experience in technical document control ensuring all documents are updated and easily accessible \xe2\x80\x93 drawings, Minutes of Meetings and engineering documents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to work in Dubai.
Fluent in English and Tagalog is mandatory.
Pleasant personality with a customer focused approach, innovative, solution and detail oriented, discreet, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
