Field Technician
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Field Technician to support telecom network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across client sites. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and maintain telecom equipment and cabling
Perform site visits for fault identification and rectification
Carry out fiber, copper, and basic network troubleshooting
Ensure proper configuration and commissioning of telecom devices
Prepare service reports and update job status
Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Coordinate with engineers and operations teams
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field
1-3 years of telecom field experience (UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of fiber optics and structured cabling
Valid UAE driving license
Willingness to travel across the UAE
Good communication and documentation skills
