We Are Hiring! | Guest Relations Officer

?

We are looking for a well-educated, professional, and highly motivated female candidate with a strong background in hospitality management to join our growing team.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms, ensuring smooth communication, prompt responses, and excellent service. You will also work closely with the team to manage check-ins, check-outs, and daily operations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing new properties onboard, helping us expand our portfolio by attracting owners to list their properties under Crescent Holiday Homes management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest communications across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms. Set up, monitor, and adjust pricing strategies for maximum occupancy and revenue. Coordinate with operations teams for smooth check-ins and check-outs. Maintain high guest satisfaction through prompt, professional, and friendly communication. Source and onboard new holiday homes by attracting property owners. Ensure all listings are updated and presented attractively across platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, short-term rental management, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle guests' queries quickly, professionally, and empathetically. Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and holiday home management platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. A positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude. Must have UAE driving license and a car or motor cycle
