Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated
Field Supervisor
to oversee on-site employee activities, monitor worker movements, and ensure efficient field operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate effectively with workers, client timekeepers, and management to supervise and streamline all field activities.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site employee activities and operations. Monitor worker movements and ensure compliance with schedules. Coordinate with client timekeepers and management for smooth operations. Support field operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Report operational or personnel issues promptly.
Requirements:
UAE Driving License required. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in field supervision or related roles. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to work in dynamic and outdoor field environments.
