Conduct service activities for FAS, BMS, life safety systems, access control systems, etc.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance at an iconic facility. Oversee SLJ jobs, ensuring 100% "PRS" (Performance Review Score) monthly scoring by meeting contract deliveries as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Coordinate with customer and subcontractor teams to complete the planned activities.
Conduct daily team briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure strict adherence to all HSE guidelines.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Understand contract KPIs and SLAs thoroughly and ensure the highest level of service delivery to meet customer and Honeywell expectations.
Soft Skills: Strong team player with effective and smart communication skills, customer-focused, result-oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellence.
Emergency Expertise (Reactive Call Resolution): Act as a technical expert in emergency maintenance and testing-related tasks and complete within the agreed resolution time.
Technical Knowledge: Possess expertise in engineering, programming, designing, and maintenance of XLS 3000 and CPO controllers and subsystems monitored by EBI.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform maintenance of HW and non-HW equipment as per SOP guidelines.
Regulations Compliance: Have a clear understanding of DCD/NFPA guidelines, SLAs related to OTA, OTC, PM compliance, and generate comprehensive service reports.
System Knowledge: Proficient in using the CMMS system for documenting day-to-day activities on the customer portal.
Digital Platforms: Familiar with Honeywell Digital Platforms such as CLSS, Forge, etc.
Resource Planning: Proactively plan and ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment by coordinating with the Team Lead/FSS.
Installation and Programming: Supervise cabling and field device installation. Should be capable of installing EBI and performing necessary configuration and programming.
Self-Development: Proactively engage in self-learning to understand contract dynamics and deliver beyond customer expectations.
Strategic Contribution: Align with Honeywell initiatives, products, and solutions while generating additional revenue opportunities.
HSE Standards: Prioritize health, safety, and environmental processes by conducting risk assessments and adhering to Honeywell policies and procedures.
Adaptability: Ability to adopt customer initiatives such as IoT and address cyber security threats effectively.
Revenue Management: Plan monthly revenue generation and deliver targets in line with the forecast.
Experience : Minimum five years' experience in similar domain.
Essential Qualification: Three years diploma in Electrical/Electronics and Communication/ Mechanical Engineering.
Desired Qualification: Bachelor of engineering in the similar field.
