Field Service Technician I is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, technical support, and repair tasks on equipment and systems at customer sites. This role supports senior technicians and service Engineers in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer locations.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide updates.
Support senior technicians & engineers in complex service tasks and learn advanced techniques.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues
Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle (if applicable) in good condition.
Diploma Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support on multi systems such as control systems, Fire Alarm System, Security and CCTV system etc.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, work flexible hours and travel frequently.
Valid driver's license (if applicable).
