Job Purpose
Works autonomously and on complex installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)

o Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) o Handles customer comments, requests and complaints o Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job o Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documents o Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company's Service Management o Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job o Provides Project Support as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime o Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. o May mentor or instruct less experienced team members and/or customers in and out of the field
You are meant for this job if:
o High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma o Minimum 3 years of experience in field service technician role o Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel o Ability to read and understand drawings o Able to perform moderate complex calculations o Ability to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshooting o Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures
