What awaits you

The Field Services Intern will be responsible for improving and developing various processes within the service department, with a focus on maximizing efficiency. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience for a young graduate looking to gain practical skills in the field of industrial engineering

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Improving/developing the EMM for stable Service Forecasting and supporting the Utilization Target Active Utilization forecasting and further development of EMM Provide support with general administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, assisting with team needs, and organizing new tools and uniform handling procedures to streamline operations and maintain consistency across the organization. Support the implementation of Archiving Standards for Service Reports to improve data management and accessibility. Developing Power BI for invoicing Support automation in Dispatching and Invoicing Active Utilization forecasting and further development of EMM

Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills
Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a combination of engineering and economics knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Ability to work independently, and with a team.
