Field Service Engineer- ZH Compressor Specialist

Your Role

:


Execute installation and start-up of ZH compressors and associated systems.

Configure surge control and optimize performance using control software.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and major overhauls (e.g., 24K, 48K).

Diagnose and resolve issues related to vibration, surge, and performance deviations.

Provide on-site and remote assistance for ZH units, including emergency service calls.

Support upgrades such as Optimizer 4.0 integration and system enhancements.

Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of interventions.

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with centrifugal compressors (ZH series preferred).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform flow/pressure calculations.

Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility for travel and urgent assignments.

Knowledge of surge line setup and optimization techniques.

Experience with cross-border service projects and multi-site operations.
