Join our Ops team to maintain, and support POS devices across UAE
You'll be the
on-ground representative
ensuring smooth merchant onboarding and device functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and deploy POS terminals at merchant sites
Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support
Collect inactive/canceled devices and return them
Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processes
Train merchants on device usage
Handle devices/inventory with care and responsibility
Ensure compliance with quality and company standards
Requirements:
1-2 years in field service, logistics, or customer support
Based in UAE with full mobility
Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
Strong communication & customer service skills
Able to work independently and report clearly
POS or fintech knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
