We are searching for a field sales representative in Dubai, UAE

Main Mission:

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing the client portfolio in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates by prospecting new clients and maintaining existing accounts. They will contribute to revenue growth through an active field approach and a strong understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities:

? Prospecting & Sales:

Identify and reach out to new B2B clients through physical canvassing, professional networks, and trade shows.

Present products/services and negotiate contracts.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

? Client Portfolio Management:

Ensure follow-up with existing clients, assess their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline (CRM) and provide activity reports.

? Sales Strategy:

Participate in the development of the commercial strategy for the region.

Monitor competitors and market trends.

? Internal Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, customer support, and logistics teams.

Profile Sought:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years of field B2B sales experience, ideally in the catering or food service sector. Experience in Dubai/UAE is highly appreciated.

? Skills:

Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic or French is a plus.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; resilience to rejection.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Dolibarr) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license (frequent travel required).

Self-driven, results-oriented, and culturally adaptable.

Salary:

Base + Commission (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus
