Field Sales Executive

to represent our

luxury car automotive garage

, specializing in premium vehicle servicing, repairs, customization, and detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate fleets, luxury car dealers, and insurance partners while upholding the brand's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

Identify and acquire new customers for luxury vehicle services through field visits, referrals, and networking Promote premium automotive services including servicing, repairs, detailing, restoration, and customization
Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with luxury car owners, corporate clients, dealerships, and insurance companies Understand client needs and recommend tailored service solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, and closures professionally
Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the luxury automotive segment Provide feedback to management on pricing, service demand, and customer expectations
Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with workshop, service advisors, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports, and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Field Sales Executive

, preferably in luxury automotive, premium retail, real estate, or high-end services Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field Valid driving license (mandatory) Knowledge of luxury car brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.) is a strong advantage
Preferred Experience:

2-5 years of field sales experience Background in automotive garages, luxury dealerships, insurance, or fleet management Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
