About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Field Salesman

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general trade sales and a passion for Indian food products and fresh bakery items. The role involves traveling within designated territories, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to general trade stores, groceries, and retail outlets. Promote and sell Indian food items and fresh bakery products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Take daily orders and ensure timely delivery coordination. Monitor competitor activities and report market trends. Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance to management. Gather customer feedback and assist in resolving any product or service issues. Ensure product visibility and optimal placement at customer locations.

Requirements:

Experience:

1-2 years in field sales, preferably in FMCG or food products. Familiarity with general trade market and retail operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of local market and Indian food segment is preferred. Must be available to join within 2 weeks.
