Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a full range of
refrigerant gas products
for air conditioning applications.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to effectively expand the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
Manage all aspects of the distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress toward targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in
field sales
, preferably within the HVAC or refrigerant gas industry.
Strong knowledge of refrigerant gas products and air conditioning systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver's license (Qatar license preferred).
