\xef\xbb\xbfWe are looking for an enthusiastic F\xef\xbb\xbffield Sales Executive/Business Development Executive
1. Generate leads/ business from the External market via direct visits to customers/ clients from the below segment in Dubai.
Small & Medium Commercial enterprises i.e., Warehouses, Clinics, Restaurants,
\xef\xbb\xbfSpa/ Salons, Retail stores, Schools, Hospitals etc.
\xef\xbb\xbfTargeting new Residential communities.
\xef\xbb\xbfIndividual Property owners
\xef\xbb\xbfOwners Associations
\xef\xbb\xbfBuilding management
\xef\xbb\xbfProperty Management/ Real Estate Companies
2. Maintaining data for visits and cold calls for weekly review meetings.
3. Achieve monthly targets for AMCs either direct sales/field sales.
4. Responsible for collection from the sales generated by you.
5. Drafts sales documents and follow up with customers
