Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate outdoor sales, preferably in leasing, automotive, or related industries.
Key Requirements
Valid Kuwait driving license
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new auto leasing business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer development activities.
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, offers, and market activity.
Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports and updates to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.
