Job Title: Field Sales Agent - Kitchen Cabinets

Job Summary

The Field Sales Agent - Kitchen Cabinets is responsible for promoting and selling modular and custom kitchen cabinets by meeting clients at their homes, construction sites, showrooms, or offices. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting design and material options, coordinating measurements, and closing sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors

Promote and sell kitchen cabinets (modular and custom-made)

Understand client needs, kitchen layout, budget, and design preferences

Explain cabinet materials, finishes, hardware, and pricing options

Coordinate site visits and take basic measurements when required

Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the design team

Close sales and achieve assigned monthly targets

Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners

Track leads, site visits, and sales activities using CRM or reports

Follow up with customers during production and installation stages

Collect customer feedback and report market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred)

Experience in kitchen cabinets, modular kitchens, furniture, or interior sales preferred

Knowledge of cabinet materials (plywood, MDF, HDF), finishes, and hardware is an advantage

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to read basic floor plans and kitchen layouts (preferred)

Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills

Requirement

Must have experience in same field (2 to 3years)

A valid driver's license is necessary

Visa Type: Normal 18 only

Work Location: SHUWAIKH

Contract Period: 1 year

Probation Period: 3 months (90 days)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day / one day week off

Kuwait Labor Law: Provided (employment shall be governed by Kuwait Labor Law)

Annual Leave: 30 days

Nationality: Arab

Pay: KD600.000 - KD800.000 per month
