The Role

Guildhall is currently assisting a fast-growing digital platform in the UAE that connects homeowners and property owners with trusted renovation companies, interior design showrooms, and service providers. The company's goal is to make the renovation and home improvement process easier. Through Taamir.ae, customers can find, compare, and contact verified businesses -- all in one place. The platform is quickly expanding across the UAE, and we are now looking for a Field Representative to help onboard more businesses and grow the company's network. Key responsibilities: o Visit showrooms, interior design studios, renovation and maintenance companies in Dubai and other parts of the UAE. o Explain to business owners and managers what company is, how it works, and how it can help them get more customers. o Help new businesses register on the platform by creating their company profile, uploading documents, photos, and contact details. o Show them how to use the platform, including how to receive and respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp. o Keep in regular contact with businesses you have onboarded to make sure they are active, happy, and using the system properly. o Gather feedback and suggestions from partners and share them with the internal team to help improve the platform. o Maintain accurate records and reports of all visits, onboarded companies, and weekly performance. o Meet your weekly and monthly targets for new partner activations. o Represent the company in a professional and positive way during all visits and communications.



Requirements

Requirements:

o Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, customer service, or any role involving direct client communication. o Good communication and interpersonal skills -- able to talk confidently and clearly with business owners, showroom staff, and managers. o Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). o Presentable and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude. o Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision. o Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and online forms. o Valid UAE driving license is preferred (company will cover travel expenses).
