Required Field Operator urgently for a petrochemical Industry located in Ras Al Khaimah. Candidates who can join immediately may apply for Job Interview. Roles & Responsibilities: - Field Operator 1. Allocate the manpower as per the work schedule and report to the plant Incharge every next day 2. Ensure safe methods at all times during operation, coordinate with Safety Officer if required 3. Report to the concerned team in case of any breakdowns for mechanical/instrumentation/electrical on the same time 4. Make sure the required material (Oil/Chemical/Packing Material/Pallets etc. are in place before starting the filling operations. 5. Field Operators to be released for plant operation \xe2\x80\x9cON CALL\xe2\x80\x9d from the Shift Engineer without delay and the work to be taken over and handled by the supervisor 6. Ensure the production/filling/despatch etc are in line with the targets assigned by the plant in charge. 7. Guide the field operators on the pipe lines for safe operations (transfer/loading/off-loading etc.) 8. Ensure all the filling stations clean and neat at all times. 9. Support & Coordinate with the wax charging team on production of petroleum jelly 10. Ensure the Oil Batch (VI/SAE140/SAE50/Hydraulic Oil, ATF etc.) are manufactured as per the spec from Lube In Charge 11. Make sure there\xe2\x80\x99s no unauthorized entry to the factory at all times 12. Ensure the service of forklifts (Engine Oil/Hydraulic Oil/Brake Fluid etc.) are done before starting the shift. Check list to be followed and filed at the security gate. 13. Guide the field operators on handling the job 14. Tanker loading & Offloading as per the \xe2\x80\x9cStandard Operating Procedure\xe2\x80\x9d 15. Ensure proper reporting on the production and despatch as per the work schedule 16. Maintain the output report and document the same in hardcopies 17. Ensure the site is clean and avoid the spillage to zero pc, if any has to be cleaned before shift handover 18.
