In this role you will be reporting to the Resource director under the IET Gas Technology Services Organization, covering the MENATI region.


You will be supporting Field Operation Deployment criticalities under IET GTS (Gas Technology Services).


As a Field Operation Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for timely fulfillment of all Field service logistics & on the ground support requests across the region.


You will be responsible to support the regional planner in capturing the information of FS requests to ensure

timely Deployment of the Field Services team to our various customer sites.


The role requires you to overlook the entire wing to wing deployment process including Document readiness, medical requirements, customer needs, gate passes & compliance and Quota needs by country).


In this role you will work closely with Assignment planners, Outage excellence team, Resource managers, public relation officers, Legal team (as required), COEs (e.g., Global Immigration, Employment Tax), and P&C teams to accomplish these objectives.

As a Field Operation Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for but not limited to the below:



Working closely with the team of Regional Immigration Lead for MENATI, Regional PROs & Mobilization specialist teams to ensure compliance and readiness of documents, gate passes and visa readiness for all field service requirements in MENATI (Local and Incoming FSEs) Coordinating the regional needs on daily basis with the assignment planner and Global Immigration Team / approved immigration partners, to support Field Services employees with logistics and customer specific deployment needs. Collaborating with the Global Immigration Team and supporting FS employees with gathering and providing documents needed for successful work authorization and visa application Leading, monitoring, Tracking Quota requirements and local gate pass by country to ensure business continuity and meeting site specific deployment needs Stay informed and up to date on all changes in the immigration regulations and policies that are managed by the Global Immigration Team and our partners. Attending weekly Operational, fulfillment and Service Operating Rhythms to track and support FS site support Working closely with the Regional planners, Resource teams, and Global Immigration team to coordinate and support immigration / Logistics formalities for 3rd parties & suppliers Working with regional Resource & Service Manager teams to forecast critical projects needs ensuring a smooth mobilization (Considering local logistics requirements by country). Daily collaboration with PROs to support logistics support and timely FSE site mobilizations. Identifying best practices and implement mobilization process improvements. Overlook and track Quota, mission visas, LOA (letter of assistance), required medicals and training and gate passes as required by specific countries / customers. Monitoring trade license renewals & ensure operational continuity for all GTS entities to avoid business interruptions

To be successful in this role, you will have:



A degree in science, business, PR and / or Engineering Have a minimum of 8-10 yrs of working Experience in Corporate Organization Have experience working in Field service Operations or O&G corporations (5 years minimum) Excellent communication skills MS Office Suite Strong Excel skills Good organization skills and ability to multi-task Excellent Time Management skills Effective planning and Organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented analytical skills Dynamic, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams

Desired Characteristics



Knowledge of O&G assignment and mobilization processes Proficient experience in Service Max tool is a must Experience with Oracle is required GCC corporate experience is preferred Experience working with Public relation governance and / or PROs Prior project management experience is preferred Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various seniority levels across organizations to achieve goals
