Conduct Mechanic meets and customer engagement activities in our existing network of ROCs ,Pitstops and A category Dealers.
Generate leads for new ROC’s and Pitstops to drive sales.
Conduct Activations to engage targeted customers in the UAE.
POS advertising: maintain brand standards to maximize presence in point of sales (Display stand / POSm, etc,)
Monitoring overall merchandizing activity at all our locations.
Supervise the field Merchandisers, if any, and overlook the merchandizing activity.
Keep Record of giveaways, Brochures in stock, their distribution, reorder levels etc.,.
Organize trainings for Mechanics on Basics of Lubricants, Soft Skills, and customer meet & greet.
INTERNAL MIS & MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
Monthly reviews and presentations of the meets conducted.
Maintain and track the new leads and opportunities generated.
Retail audit : evaluate the performance in terms of brands norms of each service centers on a monthly basis
Competition intelligence : track new competition center, map existing competitor network, identify promotional activity, etc.

Build customer database via customer contact meetings
Market price monitor
Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
Market intelligence reports Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35
Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge:
Merchandising concepts
UAE/ME market understanding. Understanding of the lubricant Market is preferable
Skills:
Planning and organising skills
Ability to take initiative and independently carrying out the job.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu languages
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferable.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years sales/marketing experience
Previous role in Field Marketing highly preferred coming from an FMCG would be added advantage
