Careem Grocery is on a mission to reinvent the way people shop for grocery, pharmacy and retail products. As an exciting new vertical within Careem (a startup within a startup), we're in the early stages of building our product and have plenty of interesting and fundamental challenges to solve in order to achieve our ambitious growth goals in this burgeoning space.
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead the local go-to-market efforts for our new dark store openings. You will be at the forefront of offline marketing execution, ensuring residents near our newly launched dark stores are fully aware they can now conveniently order groceries through our app - faster and more affordably than ever.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking ownership, has a strong bias for action, and blends structured execution with a creative flair. You'll manage a team of interns on the ground, coordinate with central marketing for collateral and assets, and experiment with bold, on-the-ground tactics to drive hyperlocal awareness.
