Job Description

Manages the Corrective & Preventive Maintenance Activities for non- telecom systems such as DC Plants, Rectifiers, Generators, Solar system, Cooling systems, Others at Sites across UAE; including

System failures attendance due to Hardware failures.*
system Planned outages/hazardous.*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews the productivity, work practices and economic/efficient deployment of resources, test equipment and personnel.*
Manages Network Maintenance activities and ensures that the O&M of All equipment's and systems are carried out efficiently, systematically and in accordance with the instructions / guidelines of Manufacturers, Suppliers, International Telecom Regulatory / Professional Organizations as well as the policies / procedures of E& and meet the KPI's.*
Guides the field staff in performing the required rectification/maintenance tasks for complex cases.*
Interfaces effectively with internal & external personnel to address O&M issues/concerns.*
Conduct regular audits of field staff & Ensure that staff carry mandatory tools & test equipment's while working at site.*
Ensures that guidelines relating to the safety and security are complied with by the field teams as per E& and Customer HSE requirements.*
Follow up on rectification snags as per defined SLA's.*
Investigate & provide Incident Reports based on field staff visits to provide relevant details to Manager to forward to concerned sections for Police Report / Insurance claim & follow up*
Manage the Monthly PM sites target & follow up on the rectification of snags.*
Co-ordinating with Consultants/Vendor/Contractors for providing data and arrange for site visits*
Representing section in group meetings and generating management reports on Business continuity, Contractor Governance and BSS Inventory etc.*
Manage Outsources activities and resources as per Contract*
Scheduling of Hardware checks, following of on snag rectification*
Should carryout independent site visits & have Valid UAE Driving license.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
