Job Description

We are seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator - Well Completion (HSE) to join our team and ensure that all well completion activities meet or exceed internal and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

In this role, you will be the key link between field operations and corporate HSE programsaEUR"driving continuous improvement, conducting site audits, mentoring field personnel, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities: -Oversee and enforce HSE policies and procedures during well completion operations. -Conduct field compliance audits, risk assessments, and inspections. -Support field leadership in incident investigations and root cause analyses. -Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to ensure safe work practices and permit compliance. -Prepare and submit compliance and performance reports to management. -Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE training sessions. -Monitor contractor performance and adherence to HSE standards. -Participate in emergency response planning and readiness drills.

Qualifications: -Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field HSE or compliance roles within well completions, drilling, or production operations. -Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, BSEE, DOT, etc.). -HSE certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30, IADC RigPass, or equivalent). -Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. -Ability to travel to remote field locations as required. -Proficiency in incident management and compliance reporting software.
