We are currently looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our Tiffany & Co. MEA team as a Field Coach Trainer. In this role the Field Coach Trainer will collaborate with store leaders and retail teams, overseeing, monitoring, and coaching to uphold consistently high sales and service standards while demonstrating brand behaviors across the UAE market. Through active partnership, on-the-job coaching, and follow-up, the Field Coach Trainer will ensure the development of the leadership team\'s skill set, enabling them to lead and develop their retail teams with confidence and proficiency. The objective is to cultivate Tiffany Brand Ambassadors who possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand, products, and a strategic approach to selling and client development.
