The key objectives for this role are:



Civil Structural design and field Engineering Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in civil structural design and field engineering Conducting risk assessments and system evaluations to maintain integrity and reliability Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including construction and maintenance, for seamless project execution Implementing innovative solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs

Develop Civil & Structural design and Field Engineering Involve in the Design and Development of the following for Greenfield and/or Brownfield large Oil and Gas Projects Establish Design Basis, technical specifications/philosophies, work scope/tender documents/narratives Review design of Plant layouts, roads, drainage systems, etc Checking Calculations, General Arrangement, Detail Drawings, 3D Models and MTO Review and interpretation of Topographical and Geotechnical reports Review and Design of UG services design, Architectural Design, Modularization Design, and Prefabricated buildings Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., BS, AISC, ACI, ASCE, Client Specifications). Evaluate supplier/subcontractor technical bids for compliance to internal & client specifications and scopes of work. Review of vendor drawings/other discipline drawings for adequacy of Civil design input requirements Optimize design solutions to meet budget constraints without compromising quality and safety Prepare & Review Civil materials technical reports, Method statements, and Vendor Technical Clarifications and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation reports Identify technical issues, define alternative solutions, establish pros and cons for multiple solutions, and make recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries and technical deviations Allocate tasks, provide guidance, and issue clear directions to ensure effective and efficient project execution Develop project schedules, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and monitor project schedules on submissions of civil deliverables Coordinate with project/Engineering managers, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions Ensure all deliverables' accuracy, completeness and that they comply with quality standards/specifications Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, initiative, and analytical skills

Expected:



Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas EPC projects Hands-on experience in industry software, such as STAAD Pro Connect Edition, Mat 3D, Foundation 3D, PROKON, 3D Model Review Tools (SPR & Navis Works), MS Office Suite, etc. Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, multi-tasking and flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team environment Able to communicate in English both in verbally and writing with other disciplines & multinational work forces in effective manner Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods Knowledge of inter-discipline coordination Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved
